Meet the Founder - Her Story "Indulge...and put a little sauce on it!"

Hi, I am Geri , founder of Indulge Premium Sauces.  Like many of you really  enjoy cooking… and eating.  My journey to bring  you the  Indulge Premium Sauces has been one of trial and error.  There has been much encouragement from family, friends and many others who believed that my sauces had a unique blend of flavors. They felt as I now do, everybody should have the opportunity to Indulge! 

For years, I made The Indulge Premium Sauce for my family and special occasions…long before it was called Indulge Premium Sauces.  It was simply called “That Sauce”!  I would make it  when I wanted to feel some appreciation.  I was always fascinated when people would beg (literally) for it.

I always had the desire serve others.  I spent a  lot years in the corporate retail arena. More years than I care to admit.  In the retail industry I learned A LOT about business!! After a few years of  doing small things to  plan an exit strategy…I decided to leave the corporate environment.  I left to do what I believed and always felt in the core of my being I should do… Simply put “serve others”.  So with my good friends- Fear and Trembling,  I started my own businesses.  I was scared  and at times still scared …I’ve had  some really good days and a lot of gut wrenching questionable days. However there is an undeniable feeling that this is leading me to my divine purpose - what I am suppose to be doing.>With continued prayer  and soul searching the  entrepreneur  in me began to guide.

I am following my spiritual intuitions.  Faith without works…is “truly” dead.  

I started in small ways- by sharing my experiences with others –“anyone” who showed the bleakest of interest…I shared wisdom in any area that I remotely had experience -  from Food to Finances.    I woke up thinking of ways to give the strength me to help build others on their journey. No matter how insignificant it seemed – I gave my pearl of wisdom  away.

In August 2006 I started a Vision Coaching business. That  is the business that helped to finance my real dream… Who knew? That this path would lead me to Y.O.U.!  (more on that later)

It is exciting to be inviting you into the family to enjoy The Indulge Premium Sauces.  Pouring The Premium Sauces over  meats, pastas and vegetables … is our family tradition. So come and eat!

EVERYBODY EATS!

Eating - It is what we do when we are happy, sad or just plain old hungry.  The common thread - is that we all want to eat something really good,  full of flavor, comforting, and satisfying.  We all want to Indulge in a meal that satisfies us until we are content.

Raised  in a small Steel town…Back in the day - when everyone  knew  their neighbors and  even “liked” them …(for  the most part).   We even ate together…We had a big family of  8 and that on daily basis grew to 10 or 12 which included a of few of the neighbor kids.   Dinner time was an invitation for “anyone” who could smell the food  to “come & eat.

While I’m no chef…My greatest influence was my mother….and not because she could cook…because she could NOT.  But she loved us soo much she cooked anyway!  My influences as far as cooking were my mom’s friends.  We all were relatively poor…but we would make a “meal out of  no meal”…and quite frankly those were some of the best meals of my life.  Wow those memories make me smile….

Holidays were fabulous!  We would plan to gather at one persons house. Typically the person who had most room and patience.   Everyone was invited from friends, family and even foes! We would plan the most fabulous  endless meal.  We would feast on the meal from sun- up to sunset.  It was good times; happy family and great food.  Everything was centered around eating -  in the comfort of a home.

We almost lost that…we started making money eating out more and only now are returning to the table.   Indulge has prepared premium sauces to help you take an ordinary meal to and extra ordinary meal.  The delicious Premium Sauces are finishing sauces made to be poured over any cooked meat, pasta and vegetable.

The Indulge Premium Sauces were made non-cooks and chefs alike who may or may not have the skills or time to cook. 

The common element is that we all eat.  We eat to live…some live to eat….I fall in there somewhere.
